LOCAL PICK UP
If you live in Melbourne and would like to pick up your order please select ‘local pick up’ in the cart.

ORDERS FOR DELIVERY:
We charge $35 flat rate to deliver 1 x Monster side table via parcel post with Australia Post.
Multiple tables and items will incur a higher cost for postage. Email us for other options and larger orders.
We use Australia Post for most orders.
We use Interparcel for large interstate orders.
STANDARD DELIVERY:
Melbourne Metro: please allow 1-4 business days.
Non-Melbourne Metro orders (all other areas outside of Melbourne): please allow 2-10 business days.
From time to time couriers and Aust Post can let us all down, we do our very best to pick and pack orders as soon as they come in. If there is an unforeseen delay with your order the tracking number we send you will show you the status of your order.
Note: We measure our parcels by cubic weight and volume when packed.
Metropolitan Melbourne Shipping:
Our Metro Postcodes are determined by what Australia Post deems as a metro delivery zone, not by what council deems metro.
BULKY ORDERS:
Large orders are quoted case by case.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are not currently shipping overseas, we only ship to addresses within Australia.
CUSTOMER CARE
LEAD TIMES FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
All products will include the approx. lead time in the description of the product.
This is the amount of time the product will take to produce. Some of our products are ‘made to order’ and some products are ‘in stock’ and ready to send.
EXCHANGES – ONLINE PURCHASES:
Please write to us within 7 days from the day you received the goods to advise us you’d like to do an exchange. Goods will need to arrive back to us within 21 days of their delivery date. You are required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your exchange. Return parcels must have tracking.

REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, or if an item has become damaged due to misuse. We also do not offer cancellations for online orders after you have placed your order.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If your online order arrived to you damaged please contact us immediately and send clear images of the damaged goods and the packaging to info@futureremade.com
Once we have accessed the images we will be in contact to make arrangements accordingly.
FAULTY GOODS:
If you believe an item you have purchased from our store is faulty please contact us within 3 days of your delivery so we can make an assessment of your purchase.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase from our online store.
FUTURE re MADE does not offer refunds, unless the goods are deemed faulty.
For online customers: please write to us within 7 days from the day you received the goods to advise us you’d like to do an exchange. Goods will need to arrive back to us within 14 days of their delivery date.
You are required to pay for all postage and handling expenses related to your exchange.
